കേരള കാർഷിക സർവ്വകലാശാല, പടന്നക്കാട് കാർഷിക കോളേജ് സ്റ്റുഡൻ്റ്സ് യൂണിയൻ്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ ഏപ്രില്‍ 29 മുതൽ മെയ് 2 വരെ മലബാർ മാംഗോ ഫെസ്റ്റ്- ‘മധുരം 2023’ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. ബഹു. തൃക്കരിപ്പൂർ എം.എൽ.എ ശ്രീ.എം.രാജഗോപാലൻ മേളയുടെ ഉദ്ഘാടനം നിർവഹിച്ചു. പതിനായിരത്തിൽപരം ആളുകൾ മേളയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു.

As apart of ICAR-TSP project of the College, trainings were conducted for the scheduled tribes people of Kasargod district. Two day trainings on bee keeping (Indian Bee) was conducted for 50 beneficiaries on December 23 onwards. Two Mushroom trainings were conducted for 50 beneficiaries from 7th January onwards. Another training for the tribal beneficiaries on Stingless Bee keeping was conducted on 19th, 21st of January for a total of 50 participants at Perla, Enmakaje Panchayath and at Bedakam Panchayath.

Library, College of Agriculture Padannakkad conducted One day workshop on “Introduction to Reference Management Software and e-Resources in KAU” with technical assistance from Computer Lab COA, Padannakkad, on 29th November 2022. The programme was started at 9.30AM. Dr. V P AjithaKumari, Programme Coordinator, Librarian, COA, Padannakkad, welcomed all the dignitaries and participants. Dr. Mini. P.K., Dean, COA, Padannakkad Inaugurated the program and delivered the Keynote address. The inaugural function ended with the Vote of thanks proposed by Smt.
AICRP on Forage crops and utilization has organized the TSP activities in Wayanad district with distribution of layer hen and fodder planting materials to Tribal women in Noolppuzha and Ambalavayal panchayath respectively. The official inauguration of the programme was done on 7.11.2022 at Malappura Kurumar tribal colony in Noolpuzha panchayath with supply of layer hen. The programme was inaugurated by Grama Panchayath Vice President Sri. Usman. Beneficiaries were identified by KVK,Wyanad and distributed 120-layer hen to 40 Tribal families.
