Directorate of Extension

Directorate of Extension has been co-ordinating the extension activities of Kerala Agricultural University since its inception in 1971. Extension advisory council chaired by Vice Chancellor gives guidelines for this. The new technologies, trends and information from the agriculture sector are popularised among different departments of the state and development agencies by Directorate of Extension through Communication Centre, Public Relations Wing, Krishi Vigyan Kendras, Central Training Institute and ATIC .
