A four day online training on "Hi-tech Vegetable Cultivation" was conducted for the farmers, professionals, youth, home makers and entrepreneurs, in two batches, from 24-27 August and 27-30 September, 2021. The expert scientists from KAU dealt with the following topics : Hi-tech vegetable cultivation with reference to common vegetable crops, Precision farming, Nursery Management, Grafting for hi-tech, and Crop management in Polyhouse & Rainshelter. A total of around 450 people attended this free online training, cleared their doubts and gained knowledge.
